Lovepoly ("biz", "uygulamamız") gizliliğinize saygı duyar ve kişisel bilgilerinizi korumayı taahhüt eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamamızı ("Uygulama") kullanırken bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı, açıkladığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.

Abonelikler, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitimine 24 saat kala hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Tüketilebilir uygulama içi satın alımlar ve abonelik yenilemeleri kural olarak iade edilmez. İade süreçleri tamamen ilgili uygulama mağazalarının (Apple ve Google) politikalarına ve inisiyatifine tabidir.
Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan misafir olarak kullanabilirsiniz. Ancak misafir olarak uygulama içi satın alma yaparsanız bu satın alımlar cihazınıza bağlı olabilir ve başka bir cihaza aktarılamayabilir. Satın alımlarınızın güvenliği için uygulama içi satın alma yapmadan önce bir hesap oluşturmanızı önemle tavsiye ederiz.

Lovepoly ("we", "our app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application ("the App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect various information to develop the App and provide services to you.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
We use industry-standard security practices provided by Firebase to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Our App is suitable for users aged 18 and above.
Your information may be transferred to servers located outside your country. Appropriate security measures are taken.
Our App offers consumable in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. These transactions are securely processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store accounts, and subscription statuses are verified by RevenueCat.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Consumable in-app purchases and subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. All refund requests are strictly subject to the respective app store's (Apple or Google) policies and discretion.
You can use the App as a guest without creating an account. However, if you make in-app purchases as a guest, these purchases may be tied to your device and may not be transferable to another device. For the security of your purchases, we strongly recommend creating an account before making in-app purchases.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new effective date.

Uygulamamız, premium içeriklere erişim sağlamak için RevenueCat aracılığıyla yönetilen otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (örneğin; haftalık, aylık veya yıllık) sunabilir. Abonelikler, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece aynı süre ve fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ödemesi, mevcut dönemin bitimine 24 saat kala hesabınızdan tahsil edilecektir.
Aboneliklerinizi satın alma işleminden sonra cihazınızın Hesap Ayarları (App Store / Google Play) bölümünden yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulama silinse dahi aboneliğiniz iptal olmaz; ayarlar menüsünden manuel olarak iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir. İade işlemleri tamamen Apple ve Google'ın inisiyatifindedir; geliştirici olarak bizim doğrudan iade işlemi yapma veya onaylama yetkimiz bulunmamaktadır.
Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Veriler, Firebase kullanılarak güvenli bir şekilde saklanır ve yönetilir.
Uygulama herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan herhangi bir hasar, kayıp veya sonuçtan sorumlu değiliz.
Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz veya hizmeti kötüye kullanırsanız, Uygulamaya erişiminizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme veya güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The app is intended for entertainment purposes only (games, tasks, and challenges for couples/partners). You agree not to misuse the app or use it for illegal purposes. The app’s content may be sexual in nature and is strictly for adults.
To use certain features, you must create an account with a username and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly) managed via RevenueCat to grant access to premium content. Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Account Settings (App Store / Google Play) after purchase. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel it manually. Refunds are handled entirely at the discretion of Apple or Google; as developers, we do not have the ability to process or approve direct refunds.
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Data is stored and managed securely using Firebase.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
