Twogether ("biz", "uygulamamız") gizliliğinize saygı duyar ve kişisel bilgilerinizi korumayı taahhüt eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamamızı ("Uygulama") kullanırken bilgilerinizi nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı, açıkladığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.

Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan misafir olarak kullanabilirsiniz. Ancak misafir olarak abonelik başlatır veya satın alma yaparsanız bu haklar cihazınıza bağlı olabilir. Satın alımlarınızın güvenliği ve farklı cihazlarda (cross-platform) kullanılabilmesi için bir hesap oluşturmanızı önemle tavsiye ederiz.

Twogether ("we", "our app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application ("the App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
We collect various information to develop the App and provide services to you.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
We use industry-standard security practices provided by Firebase to protect your information. However, no online service is 100% secure. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Our App is suitable for users aged 6 and above.
Your information may be transferred to servers located outside your country. Appropriate security measures are taken.
Our App offers in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. These transactions are securely processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the RevenueCat infrastructure. We do not store any financial data.
You can use the App as a guest without creating an account. However, if you subscribe or make purchases as a guest, these rights may be tied to your device. For the security of your purchases and cross-platform availability, we strongly recommend creating an account.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be posted on this page.

Kullanıcıların oluşturduğu içeriklerden Twogether geliştiricileri sorumlu tutulamaz.
Belirli özellikleri kullanmak için bir hesap oluşturmalısınız. Hesabınızın güvenliğini sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Bu Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları önceden haber vermeksizin askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Uygulama, premium özelliklere erişim için otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (auto-renewable subscriptions) sunar. Abonelik sistemi RevenueCat aracılığıyla yönetilmektedir.
Abonelik ve ürün fiyatlarını dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Fiyat değişiklikleri, ilgili mağaza politikalarına uygun olarak kullanıcılara bildirilecek ve onaylanmadığı takdirde abonelikler yenilenmeyecektir.
Uygulamayı kullanarak Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Veriler, Firebase kullanılarak güvenli bir şekilde saklanır.
Uygulama, herhangi bir açık veya zımni garanti olmaksızın "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya %100 güvenli olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan veri kaybı, cihaz hasarı veya herhangi bir dolaylı/doğrudan zarardan hukuken izin verilen en geniş ölçüde sorumlu değiliz.
Uygulamayı kullanımınızdan, bu koşulları ihlal etmenizden veya üçüncü bir tarafın haklarını ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanabilecek her türlü yasal iddia, dava, talep, zarar veya masraflara (avukatlık ücretleri dahil) karşı bizi (Twogether ve geliştiricilerini) tazmin etmeyi ve zarar görmememizi sağlamayı kabul edersiniz.
Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz veya hizmeti kötüye kullanırsanız, Uygulamaya erişiminizi askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Bu Koşulları istediğimiz zaman değiştirme veya güncelleme hakkımız saklıdır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Twogether developers cannot be held responsible for user-generated content.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for access to premium features. The subscription system is managed via RevenueCat.
We reserve the right to change subscription and product prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to users in accordance with store policies, and subscriptions will not renew if the new price is not accepted.
By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely using Firebase.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or device damage) resulting from the use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us (Twogether and its developers) from any legal claims, suits, demands, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
